T. James Fisher has a long history in the North State. As a Redding native, Jim began his early career in the local lumber industry before moving on to study law. With an appreciation for the locale and the people, Jim sought to bring the same sense of fairness he had grown up with to the legal practice he later established. Representing his cases with knowledge and fairness, he has built a practice founded on his trusted reputation and stellar client services.
Jim has seen the evolution of the law over his many years in practice and knows the challenges that the everyman faces in looking for equitable representation. As settlements awarded have been minimized by corporate industry – Jim continues to fight on behalf of his clients who otherwise might not stand a chance in the legal battle for compensation and or an opportunity to right the wrongs.
